I just can't!

I just can't take the stupidity anymore. Nope, I'm done! Four weeks to go...I can do this!! Sorry for being so vague but I'm tired of the ridiculous reasons the students are coming to me for, the ridiculous parents and going completely out of my way for them and am so tired of being behind on documenting.

Today is an early dismissal!

I feel your pain! Keep hanging in there = )

Seriously. Yesterday I had a major eye roll for a literally nonexistent splinter in a finger.

Kid came in for treatment of an extremity that began hurting "in the third grade." We're in high school. Didn't want meds, didn't want call to parent or an ice pack.

How can I help you? "I was hoping for a massage."

i respond to that with "i was too, but Gustaf hasn't arrived yet - so it's back to work for me."

I had a kid with a hole in the shoe yesterday. On the pass back, I wrote, "cured with the same kind of tape you have in your desk." 9 more days. My patience is soooooo short.

AMEN! The level of absolute, unspeakable, utter and absolute CRAZY I am experiencing right now is amazing. And it's not coming from the kids or the teachers or the parents.......Wow.

Go you!

We have 15 days left, and I'm wondering if I'm going to make it. You can't make up the crazy stuff they're coming in for. I've about reached my limit.

I'm seeing a 300% increase in hula hoop injuries this year over last.

Who knew.
