There are a lot of nurses that get up in the morning and drink a large (sometimes in Merica, a XL) cup of hater-aid?? I'm a very easy going guy, never expect anything anyone. But it sure does solidify an article I read that nurses eat their young and the lateral aggression that exists in this field. Just saying its prevalent.

Not really. I work with a great bunch of gals and guys. We are a team and support each other despite our many differences. Sometimes you get back what you give out.

No. I work with some great people. I have complaints about my job but my coworkers are not among them.

Per your previous post, you are a new grad looking for your first job. I am curious how you have already come to this conclusion?

Nope, not at all! I'm currently working registry while job hunting for a full time job and everyone is super helpful and nice. You know what they say about when you smell poop all day? Better take a look at your own shoes first!

Hater-aid, kool-aid......some just need to be drinking something.
Why not choose to just not indulge?
Just say no to aid, drink water.....

lol when i read the preview i thought it was going to be about nurses drinking massive cups of zillion-calorie frappucinos /lattes / "coffee" drinks that are basically 99% cream and sugar and 1% actual coffee everyday. i was all ready to be like 'yeah that's disgusting' and then the topic wasn't about that at all.

I think you always find what you are looking forward. If you go in expecting to see "nurses eat their young" - then that is how you will interpret anything said to you. If you go in expecting to be taught how to do things correctly, to learn from you mistakes and to learn how to be part of a team that is what you will find.
