Had your coffee yet? Good luck on Wed w/ Soc. I still need Micro but haven't signed up yet (I'm scared). Do you know anything about Paramedic to RN via EC, I am trying to get my sis the Paramedic to convert and finally make some $. She has no college credits. Traci

That's me, having my coffee! coffeecup.gif

With P-to-RN, there is an extra exam that medics have to take -- the one that LPNs/LVNs can waive (now called Essentials of Nursing Care: Health Differences, formerly NC2). But it's been a good program for me! There are a lot of medics who have successfully become RNs through EC. Her best bet, since she has no college credits, is to submit her application to EC (I think it's $75 to apply) and get an unofficial evaluation of courses she'll need, and then start taking CLEP tests to knock out some of the requirements.
