Are there any tech school LPN programs covered by work source? Preferably one in the greater sound area or vancouver (i can move wherever if cost of living is lower than Olympia) and without a waitinglist.

I have a AS in pre nursing and was accepted into PLU but can not afford it due to financial hardship. I would like to get into a job asap so a year long LPN program without a waitlist is really what I need.

If Worksource is helping you to pay for your LPN, I believe that they will help with tuition/books and other associated fees with any state school or any accredited community college. You might want to check out Lower Columbia College in Longview, I believe if after you pass the 4th quarter you are eligible to sit for your LPN boards. Longview is about 30 miles north of Vancouver and the campus is very nice and small. Also, cheaper cost of living than Olympia or Vancouver. Best of luck to you, schools in the Vancouver area are very competitive. I have heard of a lot of people getting by that by obtaining their LPN first, then completing an LPN-RN bridge program. :)
