Hey Guys,

I'm new here, but lurking for over a year. I wanted to see if anyone has applied for WHC's New Grad program that starts on April 28th. Have you heard anything yet?

Take care! :-)

Yes I applied as well! Havent heard anything and it stinks that you cant see status changes on the application site!

OMG, I'm so glad you mentioned that. I thought something was wrong with my computer. Is there another way to view status changes?

The will start interviews during the 2nd week of March.

Hey fitness, just checking if you heard anything. I logged into the application site and it said my application had a status update but not what the status was, lol.

VAhopeful and Fitness, have you guys heard from them?

I interviewed with WHC in Feb for the March start. Worst interview experience ever... You basically come to a job fair with 50 other people and get shuffled around between managers and HR. You are given the opportunity to chose what unit you want to go to but you are not even guaranteed to interview with any of your top 3 units. I chose Cardiac, Pulmonary and ER. I interviewed for a orthopedic floor. You have to go in there with your best face on because you get lost in the crowd. Also you have a better chance of being hired if you have your DC license. It takes over a month to get it through endorsement if you live in Virginia so be prepared. I interviewed with 4 facilities in the area and WHC was the only one I wasn't made an offer for. I have a feeling it was because I didn't stand out and I was a bit freaked out by the sheer number of people who were there. Good luck everyone!
