Hi all,

I'm from another state and taking my boards for the NCLEX-RN, but have applied to the D.C. board of nursing. Do you know how D.C. does it? I wasn't able to find anything on their website. Please don't tell me I have to wait for it to come in the mail!

Hi! I just got my DC license two weeks ago, and it all was very quick with little waiting at all in my case. I paid to see my nclex unofficial quick results on the pearson testing website. Two days after taking the nclex, my results appeared on the nclex testing company's website. Three to four days after taking the nclex, my license number and information appeared on the DC BON's website. About a week and a half after taking the nclex my paper license came in the mail from the BON. Not bad at all!

Hi babyRN,

I just came across your posting, I know it has been a while since you posted it, however I still have few questions for you.

I took my DC nclex exam on the 31st of augusta and i do not want to pay to get my result on the website bc i don't want to waste my money to find out that i failed. I checked on the dc's website and my name is not there not even showing pending nor inactive and I still have not received any letter from dc. I failed before and they sent me a letter very quickly, this time the letter is not here yet and my name is not on the web site. Do you know if they have changed the system; maybe i passed and they are taking so long to list my name on the site since they are taking so long to send me a letter.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
