New to traveling

Updated Aug 05, 2008 at 10:46 PM by divanurse1

I am considering travel nursing and would like you know which agencies are paying the best and have the best recruiters as well as which locations pay the best/ and have great housing stipends. I have talked to one company(travel nurse solutions)and i have been told that an assignment in arizona pays 16.50 per hour, 1127.00 stipend and 320.00 for travel? how does that sound? this is a tele/stepdown day position. My background is er,pcu and corrections. I don't want to take an er positon for the first assignment because i don't know what to expect. I am open to locations for the first couple of assignments at least because money is the number one priority for now. Also, i will be coming home twice monthly because i have pets, home and children who will stay with my mom while i am gone. Block scheduling is a must. i would appreciate and and all info
