New grad job advise for san antonio , tx area?

Same old story whenever you apply.....ohh we require at least six month experience, "sorry , good luck"'.....Mostly all the nursing homes do not have any open positions and if they do they have PRN basis only. Anyone in the area have any suggestions as far as where I should start. I graduated last Spring in NC and have a BSN degree and no prior experience, But willing to start anywhere and motivated to work.
