    Hi everyone I finally finished taking the teas test today. I started Friday but the facility closed due to weather during the exam. I had to come back this morning and finish the math, science, and English and language usage sections. The program I'm applying for requires at least a 62 to be ranked for the program. I was hoping someone could help me interpret my score? Thank you so much!

    Hi, I'm applying for L.P.N. in North Carolina and I just took my T.E.A.S. test today also. The National mean is the mean, (average) for your program L.P.N. or R.N. in the U.S. The Program mean is the average for your school that you're applying to in that specific L.P.N. or R.N. program. I made a 63.3% and my program average is 56.0% so that is above average for now but there is still one month for people to take the T.E.A.S. test and increase the mean. Hope this helps and good luck getting into the program.

    Hello everyone! I would like some help interpreting my teas V score. I have applied to the LPN and ADN programs at Davidson CC. I am finishing up my application Monday at Forsyth Tech CC and I am also applying to another school 2 hours from where I currently live near my parents house as a backup. I took the teas V January 25th. My results are listed below:

    Adjusted Individual Total Score: 68.7%
    ATI Academic
    Preparedness Level:
    Proficient
    Mean - National: 64.3%
    Mean - Program: 64.9%
    Percentile Rank - National: 62
    Percentile Rank - Program: 61

    The minimum score required to be ranked for programs is 62%. The teas test earns students up to 10 points for the program. 2-8 points are earned for Bio 165 and Bio 166 final grades. I passed Bio 165 with a B and I am currently taking Bio 166, so my final grade for that course will not give me points for the program. A maximum 19 points can be earned towards ranking for the program.

    Are there any students who can help me break down what my score means?

    I'm sorry about the repost. I'm learning how to use this thread. Cupiddog, Did you apply to Forsyth Tech? I applied for the ADN and LPN program at Davidson CC and the LPN program at Forsyth Tech. I missed the deadline at GTCC. I hope I hear something soon. Good luck to you!
