Research question Re: orthopedic OR nursing

Does anyone have any ideas for a research project that I could do in the Or? I am an MSN student who works in an orthopedic specific OR. I had an idea about preps, ie, aerosol vs. scrub betadine preps on total joints or perhaps something to do with anxiety pre-op. Help, I am having trouble narrowing it down. I am looking at orthopedics as it is an area of interest for me. I also enjoy working with other cultures. Any ideas about how to incorporate cross cultural aspects with the OR? Thanks!

A group from my research class last semester did a project on brushless hand scrubbing with alcohol-based cleanser versus traditional brush scrubbing preop. There's a few articles out there to back up the use of brushless scrubs, a literature search should give you some info.
