When should I mention IPN in interviews?

Just wondering what is everyones thought on when you should mention IPN to potential employers? Before , during, after an interview or wait to see if they offer you a job and then tell them prior to accepting it? Any thoughts from people who have had this previous experience?

I informed my current employer after the job was offered. I was honest with them and have them the opportunity to recend the offer. Fortunately the DON didn't think twice and kept the offer on the table. Check ur contract however and make sure you are required to disclose.

This is the day The Lord has made, we shall rejoice and be glad in it.

I am required to disclose prior to taking a position. I have a few opportunities for new grad nurse programs at a few different hospitals but feel like this might hinder them hiring me. I was required to sign a 2 year contract with IPN prior to receiving my license because of a dui in my past 2 years ago.

You have to disclose prior to taking the position but I think you would be ok to disclose AFTER they make the offer. You have not actually accepted the offer....it was extended to you. I would then disclose and if they are receptive I would then formally accept the position. Just make sure they know before you sign any paperwork. Just my opinion but you need to clarify
