Hello guys:

It is my first time to write words here. So please forgive me if I have something wrong.

I come from China. After I got my BSN in 2010, I had been a RN in ICU with 42-beds of a teaching hospital. During this time, I did several research projects and wrote a book with my clinical teachers. I also mastered many critical nursing skills. Then I came to another university(rank 7 in mainland China) to get my clinical master degree in 2012 because of an appetite for knowledge. I choose clinical degree for my master studying because I think the clinic is the field for nursing research. And we have the same entrance requirements, the same base courses and graduation requirements between clinical and research degrees in our school. But I'm afraid graduation because the nursing condition is so bad in China. We do the same work, we are so busy, ignore nursign research, ignore by doctors even though the nurses themselves, canot get respect from others et al. So I have 3 chooses, continue my education for phd abroad, apply phd in China(but change a subject), apply be a RN aborad like UK, US, Australia etal.

I think I am a positive and studious person. I want to do my best to make a little contribution to nursing and try my best to change views from others.

I like do research about infection control, critical nursing, nursing informatics, nursing education, nursing administration, evidence-based nursing and infection shocking research. Because I have worked in ICU which contains so many critical and emergency cases and issues.

I like, but it has no environment and resourses for me to study.

I'm not happy. It just like a guy wants to jump but has no springboard.
