MDS Nurses: Just wondering...who is considered your supervisor in the facility in which you work? Do you get an annual evaluation from the DON, the Administrator, or perhaps an MDS consultant? Thanks in advance for your candor! :D

I work at a 120 bed SNF facility. The DoN is my boss, monitors my calendar and does my evaluation.
