I want to start off working nights as a unit support team member right after I receive my associates degree in nursing. Does this allow for me to work on school as well?

It depends on where you are working. At the facility I work at some nights I would be able to study and some nights I would not. The majority of the time you're still on your feet moving all night. If you're in a hospital then it depends on your unit, patient load and that hospital's policies on what you can and cannot do at work.

As a CNA or assistant you would have more time on midnights, definitely. But again it depends on your patient load and responsibilities.
