I am an 8th semester BSN student with a senior seminar as part of my internship (practicum) class. We each have to do a ten minute presentation on a topic. I have to present on reality shock and role transformation. Does anyone have any suggestions where I can find articles on these topics? Thanks.

The theory of Reality Shock in Nursing was developed by a woman with the last name of Kramer (i think).

There are many MANY things related to this topic. Try going to google.com and type in "Reality Shock Kramer", and you should get a huge list.
