NursingCAS Trouble

Is anyone having trouble with their NursingCAS while applying for the Fall of 2016? I just received an email saying they have verified my transcript against the classes I manually entered in. I had sent them 2 transcripts, one without my Fall 2015 grades, and one with. It looks like they did not get the transcript with the fall semester grade, as they entered those in as in progress. So I went in and unchecked the In Progress box so I could entered in my fall semester grades and clicked save, but then that whole term is locked, and now I can't enter in the updated grades. My GPA is only calculated up to last Spring in which I had gotten a D in Anatomy. I retook it this fall and got a B, but it's not calculated in my GPA. This is pissing me off so much. I hate NursingCAS.
