Nursing School Club

I am getting ready to start my second year of nursing school at a community college. Our school kinda has a nursing club. We had one meeting last year and that was it. Our club president (thats pretty much all we got done at the first meeting) wants to continue on the tradition of a nursing club.

I told him I would help him out a little. I was just wondering if anyone belongs to their nursing schools club could tell me what you guys do at your meetings, activities you do in the community, etc..

The college that I go to is very unorganized so we are hoping to get something going and get a little organized so that the nursing club can continue. Our first meeting is going to be the second or third week of class and will try to have a meeting once a month.

Anything will be helpful.
