Student nurses and RNs, LPN's. Do you have a particular template or format that you like? Are there any good web links for various types of nursing brains? Anyone willing to share ones that they made?

I am about to start med/surg 2 and I will need to use one! I have a few templates already, but I am curious about what else is out there.... not crazy about any of the ones I currently have.
