holistic nursing bsn

I am about to finish my RN and I am looking at schools to further my education. My goal is to be a missions nurse. I have seen some schools that have an extra emphasis on holistic studies. This has always been a passion of mine as well as nutrition but I am wondering if it is worth it to pursue that avenue or just stick to the regular rn-bsn programs. Any guidance would be much appreciated.
