confusing results on chest x-ray and possible affects on Nursing school admission?

I had a positive skin test and I recently finished a 10 month course of INH treatment.

My chest X-ray is very confusing, one place said I had some minor spots on one lung. Later I went to a big hospital, and chest X-ray there is clear. My family doctor think my Chest X-ray is negative and clear, but I went to a pulmonogist, and he said I do have a couple of small calcified spots on one lung. I've never been sick with TB, maybe was exposed somewhere long time ago.

I'm just wandering how that might affect my application to nursing school, in the case they think there are spots on the Chest-x ray.
