Banner Nurse Fellows Program

Hello fellow nursing students :)!!

So I am set to apply for the Oct 2009 Banner Nurse Fellows program at GateWay CC in Phoenix and was wondering if anyone is currently in one of their programs and could give me some pointers!!

I have a 3.83 GPA, got an 87 composite on the NET, have a previous B.S. in Speech and Hearing, and I am a volunteer at Banner Desert Hospital and was wondering if this is enough to get in??

Also, what kind of questions do they ask at the interview? I hear some people saying they focus their questions on Banner's Mission Statement?
