Any recommendations on Texas nursing school programs?

Nursing Students General Students

Hi, my name is lety! AND WHERE SHOULD I BEGIN! I am currently enrolled in the Laredo Community College ADN program, and after fighting for 8 weeks, unfortunately cannot continue on with the program. Already on my third semester in nursing school, the so called program lost a retention specialist, and the instructor who originally taught the course which I was taking. Yes, this program is a mess, and I should have changed colleges before I wasted more money in tuition and time. I can continue with my complaints, but don't like complaining. INSTEAD, I'm glad to say that I will continue to pursue my goal in becoming a nurse, but need Help on my next step!

Fortunately, I have a lovely bf and family who support my decisions, but need suggestions on which nursing school I should apply for! I already have all the prerequisites that the programs usually ask for. I have been reading that some programs accept transfer students and my moving is flexible. I am looking for a college instead of a university due to the huge difference in price!! I'm willing to go up towards north of Austin, Dallas, or the Houston area, but my choices so far are:

San Antonio College

Victoria college

Del Mar college

Austin Community College

South texas college

Has anyone attended the RN program in any of these colleges or any others that can give me feedback? My fear is to end up in another disorganized program. It's best to get feedback from students/previous students, than catchy school slogans. I would greatly appreciate your help!!
