Pursuing a CNO career

Hi everyone,

I am looking for advice on preferred recruiters for executive level Nurses. I am looking for a recruiting firm to help me with my transition from a Clinical Director running multiple departments (E.D., Surgical Services, OPU) to a CNO position. I am very passionate about nursing and I am very determined to become a Chief Nursing Officer. I am part of the executive team rotating call with the CNO, CEO, CFO and myself. I am currently in PA, willing to locate to MD, or elsewhere in PA, but would ultimately like to reside in FL. I have no "for-profit" experience, so this is another obstacle I face for Florida, and to join a for-profit organization in FL, most positions are director level, so I would be losing the multiple line experience. Any suggestions in general would be greatly appreciated, and I would love to be directed to a reputable placement firm that deals with executive nurses. Thank you for your help.
