Looking to shadow a midwife in CT or MA

Hey everyone!!!!

I am applying for a CNM program through Georgetown and looking to shadow a midwife or even just have a conversation with a midwife. I have reached out to several office managers to request shadowing but have not heard back 😔. I had my first baby under the care of a midwife which is where my interest was first nurtured. I am currently an RN in the emergency room but my passion is definitely women's health! Thanks in advance for any info or guidance you might have. Also let me know if you or friends have been through Georgetown and how you found the program!

Hi there!

I'm a midwife who graduated from Georgetown in 2014. All in all it was a terrific program, they found all my placements and the professors are all amazing and renowned in the midwifery field. Only downside is the pricetag! I am working at a Federally qualified site to pay off those loans- in the six figures :(
