Worker's Comp. Case Mgt. Info requested.

I have just joined this forum and am hoping to gain information on how to prepare to return to Worker's Comp. Case Mgt. I have been out of this field for 20 years and realize that there are many changes. I noted that some of you are taking exams for CCM and in one job posting I saw, it requested that the nurse have a CIRS. Do any of you know what CIRS stands for? I am a self-starter and highly motivated to learn. Are there any programs available dedicated to this type of case mgt.? Are there publications or self study programs that anyone is aware of? I would greatly appreciate any resource information that anyone might be aware of that I could access. Thank you in advance.
