Wow....

So I take my NCLEX RN tomorrow at 8am(thats 20 hours from now ugh!) To late to change my date and time... Im sure everyone has felt this way before but I feel like really slacking here being my last day and trying not to study... I have 236 questions left on my kaplan Qbank that is calling my name. I really want to do them for some reason... I have been trying to watch tv... I took a test drive to my test place, and I have been reading the random fact post... Do you think its bad that I do the remaining question on the qbank and then at 3pm (its noon now) stop and just relax and watch chick flicks?

Also does anyone have any god relaxation techs that they can recommend before i take the test (ones i can do sitting at the computer at the center?)

Thanks

YOU WILL BE FINE....well since I didn't pass the first time I am probably not the best one to give advice. One thing I would suggest that I am going to do next time is EARPLUGS. I wish you the best of luck, I will be thinking of you tomorrow, please send an update when you get home!!! I am soooo pulling for you....my new date 9/26/08 @ 8:00am....Do you like that Kaplan Q bank, is it worth the money? I signed up for the rnquiz.com and I think it SUCKS!! RELAX TODAY!!!!!

Thank you so much for the heads up on earplugs. Do they have them at the test center or do I need to bring my own? Kaplan has great things going for it. The online stuff is great!!! They have videos for conent review specific to the NCLEX. The videos with questions are the questions they go over in class so you can hear all of the tricks from the video. The Q-Trainers are hard but I think good. Kaplan says get a 65% on 1-5 and on 6&7 get a 60% or above. 6 and 7 are suppose to be alot like NCLEX (one even is 265 questions 6 hours long. The qbank questions are nice too because you can do 50 (max) at a time. The rationals are nice too. I will let you know as soon as I know if I passed to see if it is truly worth it:)

If you do the online things I am not sure if you get the kaplan book but if you do the book is nice.

Hope this helps:) Im gonna try and relax but its soooo hard right now.. i can only image how it will fell when its over and i have to wait 48 hours out.

Most people recommend that you stop studying before the exam, but you know what? My comfort level dictates that I must use all my available time to study, right up to my exam. That's just how I am! I've always been that way, I'll always be that way, so I studied the day before my NCLEX. Heck, I studied the day of my NCLEX! So study if you want to ... or slack if you'd rather. :D Best of luck to you!!

The test center will give you earplugs
