Backpack, watch for nursing program?
Do you mean a watch like this? Since your screen name starts with man I am going to guess you wouldn't want this other adorable Minnie Mouse one.

Backpacks
I have this one. It's a back pack on wheels, pretty sturdy and not crazy expensive, lot's of pockets, plus you can get you initials on it so no one "accidentally" takes it with them.

First year diploma student looking towards the future of a BSN
From what I understand, the RN to BSN online programs are great as long as they are tied to a brick and mortar school. Like Jefferson has an online RN to BSN bridge program online for working RNs. They are only "frowned upon" if it's an online only school or a for profit school. I do hear repeatedly to get the BSN because it's going to be required.

Nursing School Bag - Vera Bradley
I love Vera, but for school I got this bag because it rolls, I could get it in pink (it comes in other colors, but I am a pink-o-holic), it's super sturdy, and I got my initials on it just in case anyone thought it looked interesting enough to take. I love, love, love the weekender for travel.

Corrective Action or Bullying???
I just got an invite to a webinar about this today. (Workplace Bullying vs. Workplace Conflict What We Know and What We Can Do) It seems so prevalent now. Not to hijack, but is this something I need to be prepared for? I think I'll take that webinar!

Can't find a job for over 8 months
Have you tried any job fairs? I know there are healthcare and nursing specific ones and maybe getting to talk face to face and meet with many recruiters at once would be better. I went to one at Javits in NYC and it was pretty good. ETA: There is one coming up, but it's not until October I saw the same group has one online in August ...

Which facilities hire newly licensed Lpns in delaware county
If it's Delaware County in PA I know HCR Manor Care, Genesis and Bayada all hire LPNs. I think your best bet would be HCR Manor Care as a new grad just because Bayada is home care and they generally want experience first, not sure about Genesis. Manor Care has a lot of different locations. Just some ideas. I don't have solid info they are hiring new grads, but from what I have seen they do hire LPNs.

New Grad Needs Advice. Stay in FL or move home to ME to work.
I would apply in ME too if there is more of a need, to get experience in, which would make your job hunt easier anywhere. I also think that they will start to staff up in FL at the end of the summer into the fall. I am pretty sure that FL has a cycle because of the snowbirds of having to staff up for the fall and winter and then staff down in the spring and summer. I'm not sure if that is as true as it has been when the economy was booming, but it's worth keeping an eye on.
