    I don't know the prereqs in the States, but here in Canada you need a B.A. in order to apply for med school these days. It wasn't always this way though, up until 10 years ago a person could apply w/o a degree.

    You should definately be having some form of RN orientation at your place of work now. This makes no sense. Like the other poster said, talk to your NM or move on. This sounds really bizarre. :uhoh21:

    in our facility here is the breakdown of wages(we are unionized). the (+) is starting wage and up, it is higher the more years you have at the facility: cna- $11.98+ lpn: $15.60+ rn: $27.00+
