Hi, i am an RN and i have a plan to go to medical school. BUt i don't have a BSN. My question is do you need to have an undergrad degree to apply to med school or is taking all the pre reqs and passing the MCAT without a degree acceptable. please let me know, coz if an under grad degree is not required i can just take the required classes otherwise i would have to have my BSN or any other degree first. Thank you
  2. I am an RN in California and i am working full time. i would like to get my BSN while keeping my job. What is the best way to do that? online or traditional school. I have also heard about Excelsior college. But there is something about them not being accepted in California and some other states. Once you are an RN, is it possible to do your BSN through them and be accepted as an RN BSN in cali? If you want to do your masters in the future will the degree be acceptable too? i have a plan to go to a CRNA school in the future. What are the pre-reqs for the BSN program? Thank you so much
  3. Hi Is med surg experience in an acute setting accepted for the CRNA programme and if you got your BSN online does it have any effect on being accepted to the programme? i know Kaiser has school of anesthesia in CA do they pay for your schooling to be a CRNA if you are an employee?
  4. I used to work in ICU and also Med surg. And i don't mind if it is a community or teaching hospital. do you think living and working in san Jose is better than in L.A or san fransisco?

  6. Hi I reccently passed NCLEX and i am currently residing in virginia. But i have a californian license.Where is the best place to work, california, virginia or maryland?( in terms of salary working condition....) They say that even if you get paid more in cali. the life is more expensive there. Is it worth to relocate to california from here.
