    Saunders...i think it's the 6th ed. it has a red cover...lol sorry. It is a GREAT book to help study for classes.

    i read the chapter once and highlight as I go...then I take notes on the highlighted parts and make disease cards for each disorder that includes the def., s/s, diagnostics, treatment, and nursing interventions. I learn by writing things so this help...

    Saunder's is by far the best NCLEX book I've seen. It's the second edition...it has a red cover. I've used it all throughout the program and it's helped tremendously.
