Hey, sorry didn't know you had asked me about it. If memory serves me right, it was the 1099 Misc. form that I did. When I received all my tax things in the mail from HRSA, the monthly stipend money was a W-2, and the scholarship was a 1099 form.

That's interesting. I didn't owe much at all for the scholarship in taxes, and got back a pretty high refund return. I was expecting a lot to owe because that's what everyone talked about last year, but I found for me that isn't true.
