Student nurse and Video games.
Just wanted to know if nursing is going to take up all my time. I occasionally like to play video games and so far I've gone through a semester in the nursing program while playing video games. Next semester I will be taking 4 nurses courses, in which 1 is a clinical course. Will I still have time for video games? PS: No, I dont have a girlfriend. Would I like one? Yes

Once you are a nurse, do you get to choose where you want to work?
What i mean is, do you get to choose if you want to work in teh ER, or in geriatrics etc. I would also like to know which field in nursing is a bit more slow paced where your not jumping off walls running from one patient to the next.

Nurses typical work schedule.
Thanks, i have been hearing that some had the 3 day 12 hr shifts which they say they enjoy. Would you happen to know if you could choose your schedule or if they choose it for you?

Nurses typical work schedule.
I would like to know how many hours a week or days a week a typical nurse works. If anyone knows what an average starting salary is that would be good to know also. Thanks.

Answer these questions
And no im not like those people who live off their computer, i just thought for once that maybe a site called All Nurses, a site in which nurses/nursing students gather to HELP each other out would be able to answer a simple question or two. Great first impression you guys are giving me, i hope i dont turn out as stuborn as you guys, and i really hope for the sake of your patients, that is if you still have a nursing job, that you at least treat them better than you are with me.

Answer these questions
So im guessing you guys here on AN are robots and practice virtual nursing. I thought that at least this would save me some time, which i preciously need because of all this school work + outside work. Seriously is it really that hard to answer a few simple questions?

Answer these questions
could you answer these 5 questions for me? 1)What does a nurse do? 2)Are there any specific skills that they need to perform their role? 3)Do you see nursing as a profession or an occupation? 4)Why did you decide to become a nurse? 5)What is the most exciting part of the nurse's practice? Please add your first name once you are done, thank you so much!

88 on first A&P exam
88 is awesome. Its not too far from that 90! I remember when i got a grade in the low 80's i would feel rly scared because now i would have to work extra hard to get closer to the 90's. A&P was not hard at all for me, it was mostly memorization.
