Even if they want to fire you It will take a long time for them to find good reasons to do so. In the mean time start looking for a new job!

The student seems international. But either way she must have taken TOEFL or something to get in college. I would suggest taking English classes first and then think about nursing school. I wouldn't discourage her.

Getting As in the pre-reqs should at least boost your GPA to 3.0. A lot of people got in with 3.0 and good ICU experiance

Some schools have the option where as soon as you finish your ADN they let you test, and then you can continue for BSN or exit with ADN. Depending on how the program is set. One you pass your NCLEX you don't have to take it again if you choose to continue for BSN.

the only advice for you is to come up with a real good reason of why you got a c on those classes, and try to convince the dean to give you another chance! it won’t look good if you keep transferring for school to another. plus it will be hard for you to adapt to a new system. good luck!

In our school we are not allowed to give any meds without the RN's supervision. They made it a rule after a student gave the wrong meds to some patient.

Welcome to the club! But don’t get discouraged, I am sure as long as you are open to any shift and any specialty you will get something. You should send resumes and call the nursing recruiter to follow up! In the mean time focus on your NCLEX and don’t get stressed. Congratulations and good luck!
