I think you could not apply as a Registered Nurse either in NZ nor Australia. As a matter of Fact, they require you to have atleast 1 year WORKING experience and volunteer and training work is not accepted.

by the way, they require your WRITING to be 7. what you can do with that is to re apply again for another IELTS, and that means you have to take everything again.
