    Hi, This may seem funny to you, but I am a hospital nurse, and I am thinking of trying to get a job at a LTC. Not that I don't like the hosp. job, but sometimes I don't even have time time to think. I was trying to decide if a slower paced environment would be good for me, but I have no clue what RNs do in a nursing home. Maybe one of you can help me with some advice. Thanks.
