  1. I took the Hurst review and it was alright. i read the saunders book and did some questions and passed first time with 75Q.
  2. same here, i took my time, 2h50 into it, i reached 75q and it stopped (and i passed). so take your time, take your breaks
  3. good job. congratulations
  4. i like nights once in a while but it messes me up too much (eating at midnight...). i worked at night while on break from school but no way i would do it during school. as far as "slower pace", well i get it all depends in what department you are working in.
  5. my school provided us the ATI books. they are alright, i'm not too impressed with them. i started reading the books but now I'm usingother materials such as saunders....
  6. that's funny that you ask because i was wondering the same thing about a week ago. I'll make sure to keep an eye on that thread
  7. we get about 30minutes breaks during clinicals.
  8. i bought one of those littmann, i think the $60 one and never had any problem with it.
  9. congratulations
  10. does the retrogression concerns everybody? how would it take (in average) if you are not from india, china or philipines? by the way, it is just out of curiosity
  11. thanks for the help guys. we've been living together for almost 7yrs now so marriage was in the air for quite a while now. i was just waiting to get done with school. we were just trying to find out which way would be the smartest for both of us. you guys helped me with your answers. thanks a lot
  12. Hi, i have 2 questions on immigration. before that, let me tell you my situation real quick. I'm a nursing student here in california. (i'll be graduating in dec 2008). i keep reading the forum about all those problems on immigration and how there is no visa. my girlfriend (us citizen) and I are planning on getting married soon. I'd like to work as soon as possible after garduating and taking the nclex. would it be smarter for me to get married first and try to get a work authorization? or do that "impossible" employement based GC process? let me know. i will be hiring a lawyer in the futur but i was wondering what you guys think since it seems that some of you are pretty knowledgeable on the subject. thank you in advance ps: great forum by the way
