  1. Wellllll, I will be 55 in August and just entering the nursing program (pre-reqs done). Decided I hated the big corporation that bought my company where I worked as an embalmer & funeral director for 20 yrs and quit & enrolled in nursing. So, far it's been o.k. (a lot of studying, although) and the actual nursing program scares me to death! I am just going to consider it as my full time job and not work while I'm going to school. Hope the memory holds out for all the tests that I've been reading about. Seems like I study a lot more that the younger students. Although I've gotten all "A's" so far. A & P was the hardest so far. I just hope & pray it goes fast, 'cause I know it's going to be a tough! My plans are to go on the the RN program---providing I don't get burned out.:redbeathe:eek:
  2. I am entering the nursing program and was looking at the Littmann Cardiology III or Littmann Master Cardiology stethoscope. I don't want to buy a cheap one then buy a better one later. Any suggestions on which one to buy...also, need help on buying a blood pressure unit. Thanks ~ Cindy:confused:
