WTG!!! I agree Lunah...we have around 80 nurses with only about 15 that have their CEN. We get a review course paid, the test paid and another $1/hr for having it...a no brainer for me.

Nice. $2,000 a year extra seems like a strong impetus to go take a free test, lol.

We get a "bolus of cash" equal to 2% of our annual salary, but we have to pay for the exam and any review ourselves. But still! I work with some awesome nurses, and I know they'd crush that exam if they took it. Same with the CPEN.
