One week to go....

I can't believe it's only a week away! I'm testing next weekend at York, PA and I can't wait!!

For those who have tested, any advice as to what I should be doing in this last week to prepare? I feel like I have everything under control, I can do the labs in my sleep, but I know I need to be doing something. Did you take any time off before the exam? I've read the study guide 2+ times and am skimming through it again. I think right now my biggest problem is keeping my anxiety and nerves in check!!

Good luck at CPNE!! From what I have heard from those who have already conquered the CPNE, the nerves and anxiety are the trickiest part. Best of luck to you!!

Good luck!

You've been keeping me motivated for a few months now in my studies. Cant wait to hear that you have passed. Good Luck!

You know, my last week, I look it easy. I stayed away from EPN. I had three advisor calls, although for the last two I didn't have any questions. I ran through my labs about once a day, I did about two or three practice senarios with my housemates. Oh, and I didn't bring anything with me to practice to the test site. I think the first night and day in my hotel I just sat around and watched House.

Practice labs and 20 minute checks.

Go in with Confidence and trust your first instinct. Keep practicing your labs and writing out your mneumonic. I think you should do okay if you can just grasp the whole concept of the CPNE. We are rooting for you!

I did the same stuff I'd been doing all along right up until the last possible second! LOL. Practicing labs, muttering mnemonics, going over scenarios in my head. It's all about your comfort level. My comfort level was to study until I was out of time! Best of luck to you, Meg.

You do what ever you feel you need to do. I agree with Lunah though I practiced labs and mneumonics up to walking through the doors of the Hospital to do the labs... LOL

i can't wait to hear about your success. i'm still waiting on a date.:uhoh3:

Good luck!! This is the worst part - the anticipation until you're actually there.
