Mar 17, 201511 yr Hi everyone!I'll be taking CBT this Friday. I hope those who have taken the exam can answer my question. :)Are there many drug calculations? Are we allowed to use calculator? Do I have to study medical surgical nursing? Or, the publications will suffice? Thank you.

Mar 17, 201511 yr Hi guys! As said by our admin, we must refrain from asking and sharing the pdf of Royal Marsden Manual. This thread is a big help to everyone aspiring to be a uk rn so let us not risk it being closed/removed.Anyway, i know of someone who took the exam 2 weeks ago and passed. He said that there are very few weird questions like how many cups of vegetable should an adult eat.. Something like that im not sure though.. But he told me to focus on the best interest of the patient and alwats think of the UK setting..
Mar 17, 201511 yr Hi there, I just want to ask a few questions for those who have done the CBT and on the Full application and assessment stage, I am confused as to which documents has to be sent directly to NMC and is not allowed to be handled by a third party? As I am already living in the UK so all my credentials and references will be coming from the Philippines. Many thanks.
Mar 17, 201511 yr @Gsimps RNWhat I red in the website of NMC is that all your verification of licence and training certs should come directly from their respective offices. But let's wait for others who are on the assesment stage to give us an idea..since I will still be taking the CBT soon.

Mar 18, 201511 yr Anyway, i know of someone who took the exam 2 weeks ago and passed. He said that there are very few weird questions like how many cups of vegetable should an adult eat.. Something like that im not sure though.. But he told me to focus on the best interest of the patient and alwats think of the UK setting..I am not sure about the answer, but for what I know, a typical adult should at least have 2.5-3 cups of vegetables.Anyways, I've taken down the link last week, so I won't be entertaining queries. XD
