Either there was a key word that was changed so that they were looking for another answer, or you kept answering it wrong and they were trying to get you thru that question.

so if we see what seems to be a repeat question, we should take a second look and answer it different from the first one? or do we just keep annswering the same choice?

More than likely the question was similar and not looking for the same answer. Read the question carefully before you answer

Definately reread the questions very carefully and read your choices critically. It may " look " like the same question, but it may have a slight change in either the wording or answer choice(s) or both. Don't worry too much if you see "repeat" questions. Just look at each question and answers individually.

I had one ? that repeated and I know the answers were the same because I wrote them on the board we were given. Having already carefully thought the ? through and coming to a conclusive answer, I simply answered again what I knew was correct. After NCLEX I looked it up and I was indeed correct.

I think NCLEX must try to see if you'll change your mind maybe??

I had one on my last try too and I ended up changing the answer just because it made no sense why I would get the same questions again. But I really do not know if it was right or wrong.
