MEPN 2015

Thought I would get this started...

Who is applying for UCSF MEPN Program currently?

Ruh roh. My status shows a red circle with a white exclamation point in the center...

Also, in reading some of the threads from past years, it seems that applicants could see in their applications whether their GRE scores were received. My application doesn't have a box or anything that specifies receipt, it just had a place for me to input my test date and registration number. Does anyone else see anything different?

I have the same red circle with a white exclamation point. I work at UCSF and will try to figure this out - will post back with an update soon!

Hi everyone,

From the nursing department:

"I inquired and was told that this is something that may be misfiring and they will be looking into it. I'm sorry for any alarm."

Crisis averted - for now!

I had the same issue happen to me and was wondering what it was too. thanks for the clarification lingrad

My paranoia continues...

Because I'm totally obsessed with making sure ducks = in a row, if you log in now you should be able to see status updates for individual components of the application packet. I guess I'm feeling that checking frequently will do something, however there's not a whole lot to do until December!

I have the checks for the different components too - transcripts and GRE say today's date even though it was probably received at least a month ago, so maybe they are updating things as they get to them. The only check I don't have is "application complete" ... not sure if I should be concerned

Does anyone else have anything different?

@fpjc My application says the same thing; all green checks except no date next to the "Application Complete" section... Hopefully that means all is good!

I just received an email from UCSF that my application is complete and under review - now just to freak out over the next two months!

lingrad: Thanks for the update!

My application status indicates that my GRE report is missing, but the MEPN correspondent actually confirmed having it was received and matched to my application despite what is indicated online. Hoping there's nothing actually missing from my application so it can start undergoing the review!

Keeping a very close eye on my inbox until I receive such an email!

So my application is completed but not under review and I never recieved the email. Should I be paranoid over this?

chen205, I'm in the same boat. I'm assuming they're just getting to different applications at different times, but who knows. The admissions team has actually been quite responsive to email inquiries, so if we're really paranoid, we could check in via email.
