Lifespan 1-3

I've been doing tests in bunches, studying for 2 or 3 at a time. Any suggestions on how I should break up lifespan? 2 looks like the heaviest hitting, but does it make sense to try to do 1 and 3 together?

I did the exams quick, but always one at a time. I can tell you that ls2 and 3 were by far the most difficult, though I think it had more to do with the poor study material I had than the tests themselves. nonetheless, that was my experience.

is your testing center far away or something?

Ls1 was a breeze for me. However, I would do ls2 and ls3 by themselves.

Okay...maybe you guys can help me with some insight! Lifespan Developmental Psychology is my FIRST Excelsior course. I have the study guide content and the book. I have been reading and reviewing key terms, but I am really not sure what to expect on this test and I do not live close to a testing center, so when I go and test I have to be very confident I may pass. What are your thoughts or suggestions on what to expect or how to study for the Lifespan Dev. Psych exam?

ls1-3 are nursing classes and have nothing to do with lifespan dev. you might want to start your own thread.

I did ...Sorry about that! :]

i have ls1 on monday, I am trying to stick to my current schedule of 1 to 2 tests per week. i recently took my nclexpn in february, will the questions be similar to this exam? i only have life span series left, and am using sg101 and saunders. i have thus far breezed through the program in 2 months, but am nervous about this series. any advice please!!!!

OMG!! 2 months????!!!!! How on earth did you do that?? Do you have kids? A job? I wanna know how to do that so fast like that. KUDOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

one at a time.

I was just very disapointed, it seemed like I knew the material. I decided to take life span 2 this Friday to get it over with, do you believe Saunders will suffice as study material? thanks!

No, probably not. LS2 is one of the more difficult exams due to the psych component. If you're failing exams, you probably need to change up your study methods, i.e., take some time and invest in a textbook or two. Just my opinion. Good luck.

I bought all the books I need (I think) through Amazon for $104/ Fundamentals, medsurg, maternal, psych, chronic, nursing today, anatomy and one other one
