iam with ogp passed nclex in may and i am still waiting for my i140 this is very frustrating it feels like our life is on permanent hold was told originally by ogp it would take 4 monthes but every time i speak to them now they say it should be any time now,but i could cry sometimes.

It does feel like limbo, depends on the service centre they have filed with. I am going through CA and for the last month they haven't changed their dates and I filed july

I dont believe it is OGP's fault things have slowed down and there are lots of people on here who are in same boat and are not with OGP. They unfortunatly have no control on the US imigration. You have waited such a long time but have faith it will happen fast once it gets going. Good luck

its limbo for everyone but as you must know if you read these threads, madwife leaves tomorrow for usa with ogp and I have 4 weeks left of my contract with ogp, and we all have been thru the same feelings.

where in scotland are you...we came from the south west.

it does go quickly eventually.

ogp have today told me my file has been opened which they say is progress,so heres hoping.

not sure how they know it has been opened. When ever I check up on mine just says when they recieved it :uhoh21:

HI all

I also am in limbo, passed NCLEX march filed may still waiting for I-140 also with OGP, I undestand its not their fault but its sooo frustrating. OGP have said my file is being looked at as well, WHAT does this mean??? Like a few on here have a job lined up in phoenix, Glad to see madwife got there (eventually).

I suppose we just have to wait, you never know it may arrive as a christmas pressy LOL

I filed on Sepember 21 and got approval October 4, done and dusted in 3 weeks with Texas Service Center. Previous posters are suspecting OGP might not have their eye on the ball here, maybe so :rolleyes:

I'm sure my case is no different to anyone else's, we're all aiming for the same thing, so what's up? :uhoh3:

its called 'you filed with texas, not vermont'

ogp are using texas now instead because the times there are much quicker, therefore us oldies with ogp just sit and wait for vermont to get their act together

ho hum....

In the same Vermont boat here. I noticed that Vermont hadn't moved ANY further ahead with their processing time for I140 since late September (it has been 26th March 2005 for what seems like a lifetime), so I put it to my recruitment company that this was ridiculous - surely they would have moved ahead by a day or two at least since then?!! My company have told me not to pay too much attention to the website and that processing times are not that accurate.

I think there is an element of BS here as they have made a massive error in going thru Vermont when they should have gone thru Texas where they are based or California as that is the nearest to AZ. They are attempting to placate me and not succeeding.
