I'm addicted...to this message board!

Ok, now that I know there is a way to read about millions of other people like me (student nurses) I'm sooooo psyched!

Of course, I really need to study for my final but I wanted to say how much I enjoy this message board! I'm so thankful to have found it. Already I've read some wonderful ideas, suggestions for studying, fellow finanical aid frustrated people, wonderful website links, etc.

GREAT!

Now on to studying! Even tho it is 4:14am here! :coollook:

LOL@ OP....I'm addicted too! Have been since I joined. Everyone needs a break now and then and this is it for me. (and then sometimes you need a break from here too! LOL!)

And Ditto on all the above !

I'm addicted to a point, i visit twice a day (if that much), usually after work. Spending too much time online isn't always a great idea.

I just finished my BSN online and when that got too hectic, I slipped over here. I'm on break right now but start the MSN June 10th!

Welcome CherokeeSummer :)

LOL, yeah it's a great board. I lurked around here for a little under a year before i joined. This site helped me realize I really wanted to go back to school and become a nurse. I am enjoying it right now because I don't think I'll have alot of time to come here once classes start in the fall. Welcome aboard, and have fun!:)

Never fear I won't be here 24/7. I've taken online courses and in school courses and have gotten over my internet addiction.

It's just pretty neat to see a bunch of other nursing students in one location! Yeah!

Now I'm off to read some, watch some tv and study hard!

i've become addicted as well!:) i also lurked for a while and once i knew that i got accepted into school this fall, i finally joined. i find it especially comforting when i'm lying in bed at 1 am and start thinking about all the "what if's" and " how's it going to be's" and work myself up in to an anxious frenzy:uhoh3: ..i just hop on here and usually find other posts about the same things i was worrying about and it makes me feel better:coollook:

:chuckle I love this message board too! I am truly addicted to it. I usually visit twice a day too but I visit more on my days off. LPN2Be2004 I've been wanting to tell you how much I love the photo of the "pug graduate" He is just so adorable! What a smile! Is he your baby?

Addicted? Me? No...:rotfl: So totally addicted! This place is like a sorority (linked with the brothering fraternity:uhoh21: I know you are out there, guys!). It's like a secret society. These people, whom you don't really know, are going through the same things you're going through. The older members have been where you are going. It has TRUE accounts of what nursing is really like, straight from the "horse's" mouth and I think it is truly awesome.

This site helps you get an idea of what you want in a career and what you want in life. Lastly, since we are all pretty anynomous it's a very honest, open board. Where else can you admit your most deepest fears about nursing school or biggest mistake in clinicals and not feel totally judged?:)

I feel more addicted some days than others (I post in spurts). Great site all around! :)
