25.51/hr with $4.50 evening /$4.25 night/$4 weekend differentials. I have just under 2 years of experience. I work in a large hospital system in a Metro area

Deleted. Oops, didn't see this was in the LVN board.

Nurse for 8 years in the Midatlantic region. 75000 salary, management/education/resource position . The hours are 830 to 430 Monday through Friday. Lots of holidays with 4 weeks off and 3 mental health days and 7 vacation days. Also, i build up a PTO bank. Never have a patient but always helping my nurses with anything and everything they need. The pay is not the best but I do love what I am doing. And we are all making a difference!

Nurse experience: ER, oncology. 5 years. RN, BSN

Nursing informatics specialist (only 2 mths) salary position but $31/hr Milwaukee WI

I am in PA. My first LPN job in a nursing home was 14.80(included shift diff) most LTC units around here pay 12-17. I do home health now and make 18.

LPN of 4.5 years working at a small chain AL in NE Indiana. $17.24/hr day shift, $1 differential eves, $2 differential nocs. Seems that this area of the Midwest doesn't pay very well at all. I previously lived in Ohio in an economically depressed rural area and made $15 and change at a SNF. My eyes about popped out of my head when I saw the post from the individual making $75,000/year and didn't think it was very good pay!

New grad, med surg, central Va...21 plus 6 shift diff for nights.

$21 new grad in texas

$33.50- ER new grad in central California

LPN 6 years of experience $28/hr. Travel Nurse

Texas - $40/visit for travel nurse for insurance - LVN since 2004

LVN for 2.5 years. My first job was at an assisted living facility in so Cal making $11/hr.

I now work doing home health and make 16.50/hr.

I'm sure if I wanted to I could find something that paid more but I like that I only have the same patients and I do a night shift. I'm applying for my schools advanced placement program in fall and if I get in the schedule I work will allow me to work and bring homework with me to my job when things are slow.
