HCC Spring 2017 Nursing Program

Anyone out there know if they are applying for the 2017 Nursing program for HCC (Hillsborough Community College)? I am! Just realized I want to do this so I'm taking A&P 1 and 2, microbiology, and sociology this summer. Apparently its called the crazy train! Anyone else doing something similar?

Did y'all get that little yellow sheet when you dropped off the application?

No what little yellow sheet??

I emailed the health science department and they told me that they have my TEAS score and that everything is fine. Thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts on the matter.

So I was wondering and me and my husband have been back and forth about once in the program when it ends. If we start spring 2017 we will end fall of 2018 because is it like a normal school schedule right? Skipping summer semesters of course. Just thinking ahead and need feedback.

Yup! My coworker in the program is finishing up this Fall and she started Spring 2015. Also just turned in my application! Handed it to an admissions counselor directly because she saw my struggle with my oversized envelope not fitting into the slot lol.

I had the same issue with the slot, lol. I posted the picture of the yellow sheet but it has to be approved by an admin.

Haha right?? But yeah. She handed me a yellow sheet. It basically said to check webadvisor for updates and that it takes time to review applications.

Oh ok I thought so because basic is one semester longer but I'm anxious and I struggled with my application in the slot but I managed to win the fight. I must've came really early when I brought my application unless I missed the slip or something.

Hey everyone I'm new to this site. I've applied to Hcc's nursing program for spring 2017. I have a question, when I turned in my application on Tuesday I forgot to include a copy of my teas results. Is there any way I can still turn them in??

Yes just contact someone from admissions or go in and see if you can add them I'm sure of they are in you advisor they shouldn't mind but to be on the safe side make sure! Oh & welcome!!!!! What is your gpa if you don't mind me asking?

Thank you! My Gpa is a 4.0. That's including all the classes I've taken

Do you mean prerequisite courses for the nursing program or every course at Hcc? That's a great gpa btw!!!
