Fall 2014

I got in! I'm officially a nursing student! I found out Friday, July 25th, and it still feels very surreal to say that... how many more in the community will be starting this fall? My dreams are coming true; I can't wait to get started!

    I was accepted from the wait-list a week ago and my school is starting Aug 27th, orientation on the 25th & 26th.

    I am so excited and nervous at the same time!

    I finished up my 1st year and I'm starting my 2nd.

    It was really brutal - I never expected college to be tough.

    Time management is KEY! Sacrifice your social life if you have to. But try to get enough sleep - don't fully rely on coffee, it'll keep you awake but you won't be studying or retaining info with no sleep :/

    I can't wait to be done and be a nurse already :p

    Reading these posts are getting me even more excited than I already was...lol. I start my RN program August 18th!!!! Orientation is next week, I am beyond excited!!!!! :)

    @MrsSmith06 Hi! I start at lake washington on Sept 29th! I cant wait! I haven't received anything but the offer. I want to take a look at the syllabus and get the immunization records, background etc. already! Have you received anything else from the LWTI yet?

    I'm in the program as well @jdcline03! I haven't heard anything beyond the offer and then the confirmation that they received my acceptance. I've been considering emailing the nursing admissions coordinator to find out what our next step is but didn't want to bug them if they're still sorting things out...

    I have orientation on August 26th and start September 2nd! I just got my books today and am so excited to start. Hopefully the excitement will last and get me through the 'hard' times!
