Failed the NCLEX

I took the NCLEX today and I just know I failed it. I understand that's how everyone feels when they leave but I looked up some answers on questions that probably should have been easy and got them wrong. Also, using the ABC stragedy just wasn't working for me. I got 75 questions, 3-4 sata's, no med calculations, several drugs with some I had never heard of, some disease processes, some psych questions, some prioritization, teaching and delagation and some infection control. Next time when I study will concentrate mostly on prioritization. I'm more upset that I have a job already but most of all I let down my family. :crying2:

I used Saunders to study (mostly the CD), Some of the Delmar's, and the free online NCLEX 3500. I thought Saunders was too easy and the questions were nothing like NCLEX.

Can anyone reccommend good prioritization/delagation book?

Thanks!
