Hi everyone!
So I was wondering if anyone knows if someone makes a low rise flare (or straight leg....no tapering) scrub pant that does NOT have a draw string and does NOT have cargo side pockets on the legs???? My nursing uniform seems to be kinda strict = no drawstring scrub pants and no cargo pockets!
I have been looking all over the place and I have given up :angryfire .....maybe someone on this site knows of a pair??!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I personally like Dickies Hip Flip boot cut pants. Here is a link:

I think these pants tend to run small, so I"d order a size up from what you think.
I never wear the waist band flipped over through. There are a ton of other options available on that site as well.

Is this a facility you are working at or uniforms needed for clinicals? I would think if they are that strict they should have styles and companies that they suggest you order from.

I personally can't stand drawsting scrub pants. I got some from Walmart that have no drawstring...nor do they have pockets on the legs. They're just regular scrub pants. You can buy them in straight leg, boot cut or flared leg.
WoW! Thanks for all the input. Yes, this is a uniform for clinicals. They have a "suggested" pant that we can order but they are AWFULLLL! :barf01: Not sure if anyone is familiar with the Cherokee Boxer Style Pants....the waist band is like 4 inches thick and rides up to your chest! Not to mention the legs are tapered like 80's style....ugg. Just my opinion though.
I am totally going to try Walmart....is there anything that store doesn't have?
I will also try the other suggestions. I really appreciate it!

hey.. those are the type I had to have.. listen, what you do, is cut out about a 2 inch chunk of the eleastic, 1 inch on each side.. MUCH more comfy! we all eneded up doing that about mid way thru our first clincial night, broke in our new scissors! you can carefully hack it outta there without ripping the material. The ONLY nice thing about the Cherokees is that they dont wrinkle easy.

Landau also makes straight-legged scrub pants that have no drawstring waists or side cargo pockets. They do, however, have a crease running down the length of the pant leg.

Those are the exact same ones we had to wear for my nursing clinicals! In galaxy blue..
I don't remember the name of the kind I got, but they had the same requirements as you do. I'll look for the brand name tonight!

While you are at Wal-mart look at the non-scrub pants. I personally like the Basic Edition or Chic elastic waisted pants. I usually pick them up for under $10.00 a pair. And in the summer there are a variety of colors. The material of traditional scrub pants is to thin for my taste.

Wal-Mart has straight leg draw string and elastic waist pants (that rest just under your chest!). I have a pair of Cherokee low-rise, flair leg w/ STRETCH! They're flat front, and have that black elastic waistband in the back. Since I've found stretch, I'm never going back!
